Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 24, 2026
ValidateFast (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using ValidateFast, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect

- Messages you send to our support team
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data (pages visited, features used, session duration)
- Device and browser information (browser type, OS, IP address)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the ValidateFast service
- Process and analyze content you submit (e.g., your SaaS idea inputs) to generate your Validation Brief
- Manage your account and process payments
- Send transactional emails (receipts, account alerts, password resets)
- Respond to support requests
- Send product updates or promotional communications (you can opt out at any time)
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations
3. How We Handle Your Content
Content you upload — such as your SaaS idea inputs — is used solely to deliver the Service to you. We do not sell your content to third parties. We do not use your uploaded content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
We may retain uploaded content for a limited period to enable features like saved briefs and history. You can request deletion of your content at any time by contacting us at support@getvalidatefast.com.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Service providers — trusted third parties who help us operate the Service (e.g., payment processors, email delivery, cloud hosting, AI infrastructure). These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may only use your data to perform services on our behalf.
- Legal compliance — if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ValidateFast, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is subject to a different privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
6. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as pixels and browser storage) for the following purposes:
- Essential cookies — required to keep you logged in and make the Service function correctly.
- Analytics — we use third-party analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site (e.g. pages visited, session duration, traffic sources). This helps us improve the product.
- Advertising & conversion measurement — we may use third-party advertising pixels and conversion tracking tools to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, understand which ads lead to sign-ups or purchases, and serve relevant ads to people who have previously visited our site (retargeting). These tools may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken on our site.
These third-party tools are operated by their respective providers and are subject to their own privacy policies. By using the Service, you acknowledge that these tools may collect data as described above.
Your choices:You can opt out of non-essential cookies and ad tracking through your browser settings or by using opt-out mechanisms provided by individual platforms (such as Google’s Ads Settings or Meta’s Ad Preferences). Note that opting out of advertising cookies does not opt you out of the Service itself. If you are a California resident, you may have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising — to exercise this right, contact us at support@getvalidatefast.com.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
8. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights including:
- Accessing or correcting the personal data we hold about you
- Requesting deletion of your personal data
- Opting out of marketing communications (via the unsubscribe link in any email)
- Requesting a copy of your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@getvalidatefast.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Children's Privacy
ValidateFast is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the Effective Date at the top of this page. For material changes, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
