By creating an account, accessing the Service, or clicking “I agree,” you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including free and trial users.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use ValidateFast. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@getvalidatefast.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorization.

You agree to use ValidateFast only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Submit any content you do not have the legal right to use.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or infringing purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying models or systems powering the Service.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service without our written consent.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Service.
• Submit any content that violates applicable privacy laws or the rights of third parties.

We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of this policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

ValidateFast helps founders stress-test SaaS ideas by generating buyer profiles, positioning, page copy, outreach angles, and validation plans. These outputs are informational in nature and do not constitute professional business, legal, or financial advice.

You remain solely responsible for all decisions you make based on the Service’s output. AI-generated analysis may not always be accurate, complete, or suited to your specific context. Use your own judgment.

ValidateFast is sold as a one-time purchase that includes a fixed number of validation credits. By completing checkout, you agree to pay the applicable fee as described at the time of purchase.

• Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider.
• Prices may change for future purchases with reasonable notice.
• It is your responsibility to keep your billing information accurate and up to date.

We back ValidateFast with a 15-Day Validation Guarantee.

Use your 3 validation credits. If you don’t walk away knowing who would want your idea, what to say on the page, and where to find people who might pay for it, email support@getvalidatefast.comwithin 15 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you.

Refund requests made after 15 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible, except where required by applicable law.

All content, features, branding, and technology that make up ValidateFast — including the name, logo, UI, and AI models — are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our explicit written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (e.g., your idea inputs). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. We do not sell your content or use it to train our models without your consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES.

We are not responsible for any business outcomes, failed launches, or decisions made based on insights provided by ValidateFast.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VALIDATEFAST AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in abuse or misuse of the Service, or failed to pay applicable fees.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting us at support@getvalidatefast.com.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and any accrued payment obligations will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the Effective Date at the top of this page. For material changes, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g., via email or an in-app notice).

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you don’t agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service.
